Dr Simon Clark, DO

Dr. Clark is a board certified physician at Midwest Health Center with 8 years of experience in clinical and emergency medicine. He is passionate about helping his patients thought their emergencies, and doing what he can to improve their lives. A
few years after Dr. Clark finished his training, he lost his brother to an opiate addiction. Soon after this, he developed a connection with patients suffering from this profoundly disabling disease, and decided to do more.
He views addiction as an emergency. He prides himself in creating an environment free of judgement. An environment where his patients can not only discuss medicinal solutions to addiction, but also address the underlying factors that lead to that addiction.

David Greengart,MD, FACEP

As a board-certified physician with over 13 years of emergency medicine experience, Dr. Greengart has seen first-hand how opiate addiction has destroyed the lives of so many. He has seen patients who WANT to get well, and get clean, but are unable to do so on their own. As opiate abuse and addiction has reached epidemic proportions in this country, Dr. Greengart has established the Midwest Health Center to provide a safe place where opiate addicts, and others struggling with opiate abuse and misuse, can get help. He is passionate about his desire to help his patients get well, and to enrich and enhance their lives while getting and staying sober.

Brian Thompson, FNP-C

Brian is a family nurse practitioner, board certified through the ANCC. He has worked extensively in emergency medicine for 10 years, many of those working alongside Dr. Greengart and Dr. Clark. He has witnessed first hand the complicated issues surrounding opioid use disorder and has a strong desire to help those wanting to get clean, stay clean, and get their lives back on track. Brian completed his undergraduate in biology through Rockhurst University, his BSN through Rockhurst/Research College of Nursing, and his MSN through Research College of Nursing.
